Tekiti

June 22, 2026 Eileen Daspro

Jalisco, Mexico

This semester, student consultants developed a comprehensive digital transformation blueprint for Tekiti, a B Corp certified social enterprise based in Jalisco, Mexico, with over a decade of experience bridging the gap between traditional artisan workshops and global corporate brands. To scale Tekiti's mission of empowering artisan communities and advancing fair trade, teams engineered scalable tech solutions designed to optimize backend operational efficiency, amplify marketing effectiveness, and responsibly expand the company's global reach.

The resulting strategy focuses on driving measurable societal impact while modernizing Tekiti's digital capabilities without losing its human core. Students designed streamlined supply chain tracking frameworks to improve production visibility across decentralized workshops—spanning 200 artisans, 6 Mexican states, and 35 distinct traditional craft techniques. Coupled with data-driven B2B marketing strategies to better articulate the cultural heritage and ethical impact of these goods to international buyers, our consultants delivered a robust roadmap that balances technological modernization with the preservation of invaluable traditional artistry.
