Enabled Talent

Toronto, Canada

This semester, student consultants developed a comprehensive U.S. market assessment and go-to-market strategy for Enabled Talent. As a purpose-driven organization, Enabled Talent connects inclusive employers with highly skilled professionals with disabilities, building solutions that help companies recognize talent based on actual capability and potential rather than outdated assumptions. To accelerate their growth, our student teams evaluated macro trends in AI-driven HR technology and constructed robust compliance frameworks traversing federal regulations like ADA and EEOC guidelines, alongside evolving state-level AI and DEI hiring laws.

The resulting consulting deliverables map out precise pathways for Enabled Talent to capture the U.S. talent acquisition market by targeting corporate, public sector, and nonprofit DEI leaders. By analyzing market size through TAM, SAM, and SOM lenses, recommending targeted alliances with disability advocacy groups, and identifying key employer partners across major states, our consultants delivered actionable sales and marketing strategies. Crucially, the teams also built comprehensive algorithmic risk mitigation strategies, providing a seamless roadmap that proves how cutting-edge HR technology can be deployed safely to amplify human potential.
